Where Our Story Began.

Watu Moja values the reality that the people of the Afrikan Diaspora must continue to develop strategies for mutual support and investment. Regardless of which side of the waters we live on, there are endless opportunities share and gain from the vast wealth of history, heritage, knowledge, wisdom, and resources that represent our shared African ancestry. We are particularly interested in investing in sustainable development, access to health care, and the eradication of poverty.

Art is the expression of the soul, and the unapologetic release that brings a person's true self before the eyes of the world. The Black experience is multi-faceted, passionate, powerful, heartbreaking and hopeful. in our quest to foster a sense of community in the image of being "ONE PEOPLE," curating spaces for Black art is integral to our organization.
